Bushing system that can be attached and detach from shaft with one spanner. To install the optional MB bushing is required.

[Features]
· Can be easily attached to the shaft of the pulley with a single spanner.
· Easy to detach, reducing man-hours.
· When installing on the shaft, insert smoothly and tighten bolt securely using the taper, with no fine movement wear at the fitting part during use, extending the life of the shaft.
· Since the bushing has machined shaft hole and keyway corresponding to the standard shaft diameter, addition machining at the time of use is not required.
· Labor-saving of shaft hole machining, machining accuracy inspection, transportation for machining, etc. helping to reduce man-hours and shorten the lead times.
· Changing the position of the rotating body such as the pulley on the shaft is smooth, and centering can be done easily.
· The boss width can be designed small, relative to the shaft hole, for reduced pulley weight.
· Even with castings, the material can be made uniform by decreasing the thickness of the boss part.
· The Mitsuboshi belt wedge pulley is a standardized pulley, employing a bushing system.
· The bushing system can also be horizontally deployed to couplings, gears, sprocket wheels, etc.
