Precision Linear Pack ER Type (ER616+45L)

[Features]
· The ER model is a slide unit that is grind finished after heat treatment with precision molded stainless steel plates
· The ball rolling motion and sliding structure between the outer rail and the inner V groove where the ball moves in the internal case in this extremely thin and lightweight unit to perform infinite linear motion.
· Widely used for magnetic disk devices, electronic devices, semiconductor manufacturing devices, medical devices, measuring devices, plotter devices, and copying machines, etc.
· [Reduced design and assembly costs] Design cost and assembly times can be reduced, and highly accurate linear guidance can be achieved compared to conventional miniature ball bearings used for precision instruments.
· [Long term stability] Stable performance is obtained for long time periods with the ball circulation type slide unit due to the extremely small coefficient of friction.
· [Lightweight, compact, high speed response] The outer and inner are composed of minimum thickness stainless steel plates.
· The light weight allows lower moment of inertia and demonstrates excellent high speed responsiveness
