[Features]
· It can be used with both stainless steel and general metals.
· The nylon fiber acts as a cushion to avoid shaving too much off the polished material.
· Abrasive material is adhered to nylon fiber non-woven fabric using a special resin adhesive which provides excellent resistance to chemicals and water, and features superior elasticity.
· Autogenous action constantly generates a new surface so it is difficult to clog and delivers consistent surface roughness of the finished surface from initial grinding through to final.
· Maintains its shape for a long time. Edges also do not chip in a disorderly manner.
[Applications]
· Removing paint and polishing prior to plating. Ideal for polishing of stainless steel, iron, alloys, wood and plastics.
· Tool used: straight grinder. (air + electric)

●The nylon fiber non-woven fabric is adhered with a special resin adhesive, and it is excellent in chemical resistance, water resistance, elasticity, etc.
●New surface always appears due to autogenous action, so clogging is unlikely to occur, and the surface roughness of the finished surface is constant from the beginning to the end of polishing.
●Lasts the shape for a long time. The edges will not crumble.
Usage
●Paint removal, polishing before plating. Optimum for polishing stainless steel, iron, alloy, wood, plastic, etc.●Working Tool: Straight-type grinder.
