·In a self-tapping screw with the thread section with multiple threads, there is a part where torque is applied at the boundary between the tip cone and the shaft. The MT screw is a double-thread screw, but in order to eliminate the torque load, a threadless part is prepared at the boundary which rotated half a turn or several times to achieve smooth workability when screwing.
