· Built-in polarizing filter that is not easily affected by the light reflected from the surface of glass, film, etc. NF-RR01 and narrow view design NF-RB01 (head ON) and NF-RB02 (side ON).
· Can select as per the application.
· Ultra thin design with thickness of only 2 mm.
· Wafer mapping which could only be done by transmission type requiring many wiring man-hours, is it possible with the regression reflection type.
· Since it is a space-saving side view type, it is easy to handle the fiber cable
