CAPORI 2 Joint, KSJ1, Tapered Male Screw
The addition of an installation-check mechanism and new stepped design provides reliability and a solid connection.
[Features]
· Designed with a split ring that features a larger protrusion for secure assembly to the barb grooves of the main body after tightening the cap nut.
· Pull-out strength and sealing performance have been improved.
· A side hole (check window) can be included in the main body to visually check insertion of the pipe following connection.
· Completion of nut tightening can be confirmed by examining whether the split ring is protruding from the end face of the cap nut.
· Easy to tighten. Tightening torque is reduced from 40 N·m to 25 N·m (*compared with MISUMI's nominal diameter of 13).
