Stainless steel (SUS316) couplers that have undergone oil-free processing for use as seal materials for various types of chemical solutions in the semiconductor and physical/chemical industries.
[Features]
· SUSP-type couplings have stainless steel SUS316 valve mechanisms provided in socket and plug parts, and sealing material compatible with various reagents for the semiconductor industry, biotechnology industry, and physics and chemistry industry are used.
· High-quality fitting that is corrosion resistant and suppresses chemical changes of organic solvents to a minimum.
· Both the main body and parts can be treated with electrolytic polishing, passivating, etc.
