Linear Ball Slide, LS Type
[Structure and characteristics]· The LS type is a slide unit that can be used without an oil supply. As the stainless steel balls roll along the four stainless steel needle roller raceways, which have been quenched and then ground, the friction coefficient is extremely low. Since the holding mechanism for the LSP type is a combination pinion and a rack structure, the cage will not shift even during high-speed operations. The LSC type has been made compact by incorporating a built-in drive cylinder within the base, making it possible to save space and reduce weight.
· [Types and features] · The LS type is a linear motion system for modularized finite linear motion operations. Features a structure in which the balls are combined via the needle roller raceway between the base and slider.
· In addition, the built-in stopper function prevents cage and end plate damage and warping caused by collisions.
*Caution: The stopper cannot be used as a mecha-stopper.
