Product Overview
Groove Type Photo Microsensor
The groove type photo microsensor is a sensor composed of one light emitter and one receiver installed face to face on both sides of a groove. The light emitter can emit infrared light or visible light, while the light receiver can receive the light without any obstruction. However, when the detection object goes through the groove, the light is blocked and the photoelectric switch is actuated, which outputs a switch control signal to cut off or connect the load current, thus completing a control operation. Due to the groove type switch’s overall structure, the detection distance is generally limited to a few centimeters.
