Dear Valued Customers,

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the world is adjusting to the dynamic changes and we would like to address some of your questions on our services below:

1) Can I request for Quotation? Yes. We are in operation and you can obtain any quotation as usual.
2) Can I still order? Yes. Order can still be accepted by our online WOS or by Email.
3) Can my new order be delivered? Yes but some products may take longer than standard lead time due to flights cancellation / rescheduled / Japan supplier's manufacturing lead time. We seek for your kind understanding.
4) Will there be any delay for my open order? We will contact you individually for any orders that are delayed in delivery. Alternatively, you can check the shipping date on the order history screen of our WOS.
5) Will there be any changes in your working hours? Our working hours remain as:
9:00 am - 6:00 pm (Mon - Fri) and 9:00 am - 1 pm (Sat).
