Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, the world is adjusting to the dynamic changes and we would like to address some of your questions on our services below:

| 1) Can I request for Quotation? | Yes. We are in operation and you can obtain any quotation as usual. |
| 2) Can I still order? | Yes. Order can still be accepted by our online WOS or by Email. |
| 3) Can my new order be delivered? | Yes but some products may take longer than standard lead time due to flights cancellation / rescheduled / Japan supplier's manufacturing lead time. We seek for your kind understanding. |
| 4) Will there be any delay for my open order? | We will contact you individually for any orders that are delayed in delivery. Alternatively, you can check the shipping date on the order history screen of our WOS. |
