· Made using carefully selected ultra-high-pressure sintered diamond (PCD.)
· Higher level precision setting (outer diameter cutting edge precision of 8 μm)
· Achieves high precision, a long tool life and high efficiency.
· The unique shape and big tip size mean it can be re-ground up to and over 10 or times.
· A long tool-life 20 times or more that of a carbide coated end mill when used for cutting light alloys, FC, etc.
