A coupler with a main body made from polychlorotrifluoroethylene for excellent chemical resistance. Exhibits a high level of corrosion resistance against strong acids and strong alkali solutions.
[Features]
· Because the new machine fluoropolymer coupling uses polychlorotrifluoroethylene for the main body material, it also maintains excellent chemical resistance against chemicals used in semiconductor integrated circuit manufacturing lines, as well as chemicals such as cleaning solutions, etc.
· A valve mechanism is equipped to the socket / plug parts.
