- Question: Is the sensor shipped after installation?
- Answer: The sensor components are shipped together with the main unit and need to be installed by the customer upon arrival.
- Question: Do actuators require regular maintenance?
- Answer: Daily inspection and maintenance, and regular adding of grease are required, Grease dry-out will cause the product to rust, and dry friction between the guide slider and the steel balls at high speeds will cause wear and tear, significantly reducing product life.
- Question: Does the E-MUTB series come with a motor?
- Answer: The product only includes the body and does not come with a motor or driver. Customers need to choose a brand of motor they trust based on their actual needs.
- Question: Can the belt actuator be used vertically?
- Answer: The E-MUTB European specification belt actuator can be used vertically. When using vertically, please choose a motor with brake. The actuator is not equipped with a reduction mechanism at the factory, so it is recommended to use a motor with reducer. Set the acceleration and deceleration to 0.5 for use.
