- Answer: MISUMI does not guarantee there is no abnormal noise during use. If abnormal noise occurs, please check the installation accuracy and the correct selection of surrounding parts. Please loosen the parts before re-adjustment. Please refer to “Precautions” for details. Foreign objects entering the bearing or the body being impacted can also cause damage to the product.
- Question: What does "applicable shaft diameter of oil seal" mean?
- Answer: The support units of the MISUMI brand already include the collar, which is paired with the oil seal in the support. If paired with ball screws purchased from other companies, please select the type based on the shape and size of the screw shaft end.
