Operating Hours during Labour Day Holiday 2017 & Vesak Day 2017

Please be informed of our operating hours during the upcoming holidays.

Kindly note that during the public holiday period, orders received after the cut-off time will only be processed on the next working day. However you can continue to obtain and place order via our Web Order System (WOS) which is 24/7 available.

We would also like to inform you that there may be a potential delay of shipment due to Japan Golden week holiday which falls on 29 April to 7th May 2017 as there will be no shipment from Japan from 3~4th May 2017. Hence, please exclude these 2 days when you calculate your delivery date. However, stock items and Express service order are available during these periods.
