Restriction on Product Use

The products you purchase from MISUMI are prohibited from being:

1. 1. used in or shipped to any of the following region:
   • - People's Republic of Korea (North Korea), Iran, Iraq, Libya, Afghanistan, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Lebanon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Somali Democratic Republic (Somalia), South Sudan, Sudan, Eritrea, Syria, Cuba, Central African Republic,
2. 2. used for the purpose of any of the following end-use:
   • - Any military use
   • - Development, production, use, or storage that are associated with nuclear, nuclear fusion, missile and/or unmanned aircraft
   • - Development, production, use, or storage of chemical materials, microorganisms, toxic substances that are associated with any military/defense organization, AND;
3. 3. used by end-user(*) who is any individual, company, organization or association that is known to be/has been associated with any of the end-use stipulated in 2 above.
   • * "End-user" means:
     • - An entity which will use the relevant MISUMI's product(s) in its in-house equipment or device; or
     • - An entity which will assemble or process the relevant MISUMI's product(s).
