Q.I am interested in doing business with MISUMI. What do I need to do?

You first need to open an account with MISUMI. Fill in the customer registration form and fax /email it back to us, you can also call our customer service at 65-67337211 to have the form fax to you. We will start the account set-up process as soon as we receive your completed application.

Q.How long does it take to open an account with MISUMI?

Q.How do I read your catalogs?
A.

Q.How can I find a particular part?
A.

There are three ways to look up a part in our catalogs: by product name(s) or keyword(s), by product number, and by image. If you are using our on-line catalog, type in the product name(s) or keyword(s), or MISUMI product number in the search field on the left, or click Search by Image. If you are using a printed catalog, use the index at the back of the catalog to search by description or product number, and use the picture list at the beginning of the catalog to search by image.

Q.When can I receive the products?
A.

Refer to our catalog, and look for a section with the Truck icon.  (Production Time).
If you are situated in Singapore, you will receive the products per the number of days shown in the catalog plus 3-4 working days after we received your PO or confirm order instruction.
However, extra days are needed if your order quantity exceeds our normal production capacity. Days are counted as work days not including the order date.
Please check the actual delivery date with our customer service staff.

Q.Can I receive products faster than the schedules mentioned above?
A.

Yes, you can use "Express" service in order to shorten production time but is an additional cost for using this service. For more details, please contact our customer service staff.
