Workpiece clamps are tools that fasten a workpiece (machined item) or part between the clamp's jaws to secure it for the work to be performed. Workpiece clamps are used for applications such as fastening a workpiece to prevent it from moving during the inspection or a machining process such as drilling a hole in the workpiece. The characteristically wide range of workpiece clamps available lets users select from among models tailored to many different installation locations and sizes.
