Wrist/Foot Straps

Wrist straps are devices for removing static electricity. Static electricity emitted by human bodies may cause electrostatic damage to ICs and other electronic components in the assembly processes of electronic devices. However, grounding to the skin of a worker's arm or foot with a strap allows electricity to escape, preventing adverse impact on products during work. Ordinary wrist straps have a cord that grounds from the human body to make the electric charge of the human body to instantly become 0 V. There are also products designed with consideration to not interfering with work even when a strap is worn or that do not cause discomfort when worn, including types that use materials that do not easily cause metal allergy reactions, soft band types, and cordless types.
