Gauges

Gauge is a general term for measuring tools and measuring instruments used in processes such as production, processing and inspection. There are various products: a tapered gauge that measures the clearance dimension and hole diameter, a welding gauge that measures weld reinforcement, route intervals, plate thickness, etc., at the welding site, an angle gauge that inspects the internal angle using the difference from 90°, and a pitch gauges used for screw pitch confirmation. Gauge blocks (block gauges) are used to check the precision of tools and devices that measure length. Many of the products use metals with excellent durability, corrosion resistance, and heat resistance as their raw materials, and the feature is that the scales and angles that are the standards for measurement are not easily damaged. Since there are a wide variety of gauges and sizes, it is necessary to select them according to the application.
