· Manufactured with abrasion-resistant high-speed steel and a special coating for a longer service life.
· The special shape of the threaded section helps prevent the chipping of the section which is fully-threaded, reducing tapping torque and frictional resistance while also maintaining its thread guiding capability.
· The overall length is set so that an appropriate amount of tool protrusion is secured to prevent the ejected cutting chips interfering with the holder.
