[Features]
· The DUARISE coating offers excellent lubrication, wear resistance and high-temperature oxidation resistance. The composite multilayer structure helps prevent thermal cracking. Also, the smoothing of the coating surface improves machining surface precision.
The positive-angle flute has excellent sharpness and helps reduce cutting resistance. The new flute form achieves both high tool rigidity and a good chip discharge performance, enabling stable machining and reduced burring.
Use of a variable-lead geometry and unequal divisions enables stable, high-efficiency machining.

(i)Caution

  • Use rigid, high-precision products for machinery and holders. Adjust the rotation speed and feed rate according to the usage conditions (workpiece retaining strength, machinery rigidity etc.) Use a low-smoking cutting oil that is also suitable for the work material. For dry-type milling, remove the chips using an air blower so that they do not clog the hole. When milling stainless steel, it is recommended to use water-soluble cutting oil. For precision machining, reduce the rotation speed, feed rate and cutting depth.
