About The Performance Of This Product
Basic Required Performance Of The Wiper
- Lint-Free: Ensures a clean work environment
- Water absorbency: Work efficiency (water absorption amount and water absorption speed), cost per sheet (how many are needed to absorb the same amount)
- Solvent resistance: problem of decreased physical properties, such as elution of impurities into the wiper through solvents and a decrease in strength, etc.
- Purity: problem of ion level from binders or surfactants
- Softness: the wiping surface is not scratched
- Heat resistance: it is possible that it will stick to the wiped surface due to dissolution and/or degradation due to heat
- Static electricity: negative effects to the surface being wiped and sucking in of dust
- Cost: how much work can be done with one sheet? (judge from water absorbency, wiping characteristics and ease of handling)

Metal Ion Measurement
Soak the sample weighed to be 50 g in a container containing 800 cc of pure water, stir well with a glass rod and leave sealed for 24 hours before measuring the eluded liquid using atomic absorption spectrometry.

Solvent Resistance
- 1.The material itself does not dissolve or erode.
- 2.The binder, etc. does not dissolve, and there is no elution of the binder or removal of fibers.
- 3.Impurities are not eluded.
These are the mandatory conditions, but wipers that contain impurities cannot be said to fulfill 2 or 3, and Bemcot is safe on this issue.
