· Unique non-woven fabric created from extremely thin PE fiber.
· Non-fabric, so dust (φ5 [diameter 5 μm]) and dirt are not produced and it is unlikely for blood to get through.
· Does not change even in temperatures as low as -70°C.
· Will not easily tear or stretch when pulled, and excellent water and chemical resistance.
· Lighter than paper, stronger than film, resistant to water (Softwear II).
· Durable and resistant to friction, mold, and corrosion (Software II).

Tyvek has anti-static surface processing, so it has such extremely low electrostatic charging voltage and half-life as to be unmeasurable.
