· Eco-friendly, having undergone Zero Clear treatment, giving it a baked-on inorganic hydrophilic coating with a powerful cleansing effect.
· Can be washed clean with water, saving on detergent, and reducing the volume of water required for rinsing. Also helps reduce man-hours and save on labor costs.
· Shallow and suitable for storing and organizing ingredients. Antibacterial, and therefore more hygienic than regular stainless steel containers, tableware and utensils.
