· Despite being small sized at just DIN 96 × 96 mm, it is available in 8, 16, and 32-point output types.
· Features 1,600 r/min high speed operations and 0.5° high accuracy settings for use in a wide range of applications.
· Highly visible display with backlit negative transmissive LCD and pulse output function and an advance angle compensation function to compensate for output delays.
· Bank function for multi-product production (8 banks). Speed display and pulse output functions.
· Approved standards: UL/CSA and EMC. Versions with English language text are also available for export outside of Japan.

· Use for operation timing control of each mechanism based on angle position data.

H8PS Features

  • Despite its compact size (DIN 96 × 96 mm), a range of outputs are available up to 32 outputs.
  • Using the parallel input adapter allows you to expand up to 64 outputs on a single encoder.
  • The large screen display allows you to quickly and easily check the operational status.
  • The large backlit negative LCD uses a color display to indicate a wealth of information about the operation status. Operations can be checked at a glance. Features a double display which, during operations, displays both the speed (r/min) and the present angular position. The speed can also be displayed on the main display.
  • Up to eight different programs can be registered in advance. Enabling fast and easy switching between products. (16/32-output types only)
  • Automatically advances the ON/OFF angle of outputs to the set angle in proportion to machine (encoder) speed. This compensates for the delay in the timing of ON/OFF operations. Can be set individually for 7 cam outputs.
  • The speed alarm (upper/lower limit) output function detects abnormal rotation speeds.
  • Can output a set number of pulses per rotation.
  • The key protect and cam protect functions help prevent erroneous operation.
  • UL/CSA standard compliant. Conforms to EMC standards so safe for export equipment.
