The spool valve (3) is pushed upward with the reaction force of the spring and (1) is sealed while (2) and (3) are opened.
Air flow direction: (1) ⇔ block, (2) ⇔ (3)

When energized
Operation description / When energized
The armature (6) is attracted to the pole piece (5), pushing down the spool valve (3) with the push rod (7). As a result, (3) is sealed while (1) and (2) are opened. At this time, a gap is formed between the armature (6) and the pole piece (5), but the pole piece (5) is attracted to the armature (6) and the two stick together.
