A solvent-less product for preventing sick-building syndrome that leads to the improvement of the construction environment and conservation of the global environment. This strain relief plate can be used on screw parts of various piping materials (stainless steel tube, assorted steel piping, lining pipes, various anti-corrosive alloy fittings, PVC pipes, and joints made from different materials, etc.). Usable with various fluids: waterworks (JWWA K-146/Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Tourism standard products, hot-water supplies: JWWA K-142/Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Tourism standard products, antifreeze (ethylene glycol, propylene glycol), hot and cold water town gas/LPG, etc.).
