Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene rails make it possible to construct environmentally friendly conveyor lines, with little dust or noise.
[Features]
· Engineered guide rails are made of polyethylene having an ultrahigh molecular weight of 4 million, as measured by light dispersion method (UHMWPE).
· Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene has excellent chemical and abrasion resistance, and glide properties, with no significant deterioration of these mechanical properties even at low temperatures, and has suitable properties for engineered plastic guide rails.
· Another major feature is stable quality without structural defects biochemically.
· Engineered plastic guide rails use virgin materials, excellent in quality stability, ideal for conveying lines requiring today's advanced technology
