More Information

● A φ6 shank is mounted to a deburring brush with an attached grindstone.
● Each grinding ball, with specially coated grindstones, fits to workpieces. With its ball-shaped grindstone, it contacts workpieces gently but works strongly.
● The center is securely fixed since the grinding ball part shaft is screwed into the handle and it tightly fits to an uneven surface with the flexible tip.
● The abrasive grain SC (silicon carbide) is suitable for grinding hard workpieces such as high-hardness steel, cast iron and carbon steel. The AO (aluminum oxide) is suitable for grinding soft workpieces such as aluminum, stainless steel and copper.
● Surface roughness by particle size after grinding is approximately 18 μm for #60, 12 μm for #120 and 6 μm for #220.
