The micro spiral brush is an extremely flexible elastic tool that enables deburring, polishing and edge finishing according to the shape of the part. It is also capable of deburring impossible with conventional deburring tools such as intersecting holes with complicated shapes and stepped drill holes, and providing uniform finish.

■ Usage● It can be used for removing burrs and rust inside any cylinder.
( For instance: aluminum cylinder interior, manifold block, piston hole interior, cross-hatch molding, etc.)
● Select a product thinner than the hole diameter.
■ Use by Type

● The micro-spiral brush is an elastic tool that is highly flexible, allowing deburring, cutting and edge finishing along the shape of the workpiece. Unlike conventional deburring tools, it can also be used to deburr and uniformly process complex surfaces such as intersecting holes and graded surfaces such as drill and through holes.
● The finish surface can be changed by changing brush material, rotation speed or feed speed.
● It is a pipe type which supports automation and also has a U-turn type treatment tip which is less likely to damage workpieces.
