Specifications/Overview
■ Applications● It can be used to remove burrs and rust in all types of cylinders.
(Examples: Inside aluminum cylinders, manifold blocks, inside piston holes, crosshatch molding, etc.)
● Select a product narrower than the hole diameter.
■ Application by Type

● The micro spiral brush is an extremely flexible elastic tool that enables deburring, polishing and edge finishing according to the shape of the part. It is also capable of deburring impossible with conventional deburring tools such as intersecting holes with complicated shapes and stepped drill holes, and providing uniform finish.
● The finished surface can be changed by changing the brush material, rotation speed, feed speed, etc.
● A pipe type that supports automation, with a U-turn tip type that does not easily scratch workpieces.
