Resin Oli Free Bushing, High Temperature(PA)

・Oil Free Bushings has such features as excellent self-lubrication, wear resistance, and low friction coefficient. Normal operation is enabled even with poor lubrication.
・Oil Free Bushings, a metal replacement used as the material of oil free bushings, have major advantages: lubrication and maintenance free, longer service life, good corrosion resistance performance, high cost effectiveness, etc..
・Oil Free Bushings bearings are suitable for clean room and contaminated environments, as well as vacuum and high-humidity environments.

1. Highly chemical resistant and high temperature resistant Oil Free Bushings, suitable for operating under high-speed and high-load conditions.
2. Wide operating temperature range: max. operating temperature +250℃ (short-term +315℃), min. operating temperature -100℃.
3. Oil Free Bushings Operating load up to 150MPa.
4. Oil Free Bushings Outstanding abrasion resistance, lower water absorption, high compressive strength and other features.
