Manual grease gun

This is a device used to dispense grease.

Grease nipple
A nipple is a grease inlet on machinery.

Features

• Straight types and pistol types are available.
• Pistol types allow grease injection work to be done with one hand.
• Different types of grease should be used depending on the machine to which grease will be injected.
• (Grease is a sticky lubricant with high viscosity.)
• Type filled with grease manually: Used by filling with grease.

A hydraulic nipple is a nipple-shaped grease inlet on a machine that requires grease.

How to use (for hydraulic nipple)

Set the hydraulic chuck at the tip of the grease gun so that the nipple and nozzle are perpendicular as shown in Fig. 1. The clip of the hydraulic chuck clamps the head of the nipple.

When removing the hydraulic chuck at the tip of the grease gun from the nipple, pulling suddenly may break the head of the nipple. As shown in Fig. 2, tilt the nozzle tip slightly to release the pressure on the chuck and loosen the clamping of the clip before removing.
