Air unit (FRL unit)

This is an air filter (F), regulator (R), and lubricator (L) connected as a set.

Features

Air filter

This is a device that removes dust and water droplets from compressed air and supplies clean air.

Features

• Compressed air from the compressor is turned by the louver deflector, and that cyclonic effect separates water droplets and relatively large dusts. In addition, the element filters out microscopic contaminants and sends clean air to the outlet.
• This removes dust, water droplets, rust, etc. generated in compressed air or piping to protect pneumatic equipment from troubles.

Separated water droplets, dust, etc. are discharged to the outside by a manual drain valve or automatic drain valve attached to the bottom of the bowl.

Air filter (double layer)

Features

The filter is double-layered to enable more stable removal of impurities.

Regulator

This is a device that reduces compressed air pressure to provide a stable compressed air supply.

Features

• In addition to regulating the outlet pressure (outlet side of the regulator), it minimizes fluctuations in the set pressure even when conditions such as outlet air flow rate fluctuate.
• It is used before solenoid valves at the end of piping in factories and the like.

Regulator with filter

Features

• It can hold the functions of an air filter and regulator in a single unit. (Two roles in one)
