Purpose/Function

Transport/Movement Assembly/Processing Drive/Actuation

Transfer of small parts, moving and pressing washers.
Vacuum-lift the washer, rotate 180°, transport to the press-fit area, and press onto the shaft with a cylinder.
Rotate -180° to pick up the next workpiece and return to the suction area.
The suction head motor is suspended from above because the workpiece supply index table is positioned at the bottom.
