[Features] - Porous type orifice structure (KBM, KBMA, KBMD, KBA series) and tapered-groove orifice structure (KBMT series) are ideal for energy absorption and can be smoothly stopped. - Also it can be stopped reliably and gently even with the high-speed impacts such as those that occur with robots taking out injection-molded items. - If the slow series is used then smooth stops are obtained. - There are no bottoming because it employs an oil lock function, the KYB mini buffer can be used as a stopper just as it is. - A stopper for stopping is no longer required. - Since variation in performance is small, you can use two or more in a parallel fashion. - Because it is a porous orifice type, you can use without adjustment within the range of use. - It can stop quietly with a cap for silencing impact sound at high speed. - Mounting has 360 ​​degrees of freedom. - There is rich assortment of absorbed energy types up to 1.2 – 392J (0.12 – 40 kgf · m). - The long stroke series exerts a significant effect on impacts at high speed to achieve a smooth stop.
