    A holder that is secured to elements such as a mirror, plate beam splitter or such, and that can adjust the tilt of the two shafts. The rotational center during slight motion and the center of the mirror are always integrated. [Features] - F50,F55 - A holder that is secured to elements such as a mirror, plate beam splitter or lens that can adjust the tilt (θy,θz). - If the clamps for both θy,θz are tightened, a slight movement of ±4° – 6° is possible, and 360° coarse movement is possible by loosening the clamps. - The rotational center during fine and coarse movement and the center of the mirror are always integrated due to the gimbal mechanism. - The length of the rod can be modified since the standard rod attached has ø 20, L=60 mm. The screw hole for the holder is M6P = 1 and the A40 – A42 rods can be used. - Mirror holder F50: There is the A type that has a micro meter head feeding method and the E type that has the screw method. - Horizontal operation mirror holder F55: Independent horizontal operation (the operational system is mounted in a horizontal direction) so operation is possible without putting a hand into the optical axis and proximity specifications are possible. - F52 - A holder that is secured to elements such as a mirror, plate beam splitter or lens and that can adjust the tilt (θy,θz) of the dual axis. - Tilt of the dual-axis θy,θz. Fine adjustment of ±2° or ±3° (F52) is possible. - The rotational center during fine and coarse movement and the center of the mirror are always integrated due to the gimbal mechanism. - Attachment and removal of the elements such as mirrors is performed using a screw ring method, and a resin ring is attached for protection.
