About The Soles
Working for extended periods inside a cleanroom places considerable load on the feet. Super Clean Shoes seek to improve
cushioning in three aspects, material, shape and structure, to relieve fatigue.
Material
The specifications of the soles include a specially-blended urethane material. The ideal cushioning that we are describing is made possible by combining the flexibility of the material itself and the elasticity that fine air bubbles contained in the material have to increase the thickness of the sole.
Shape
A circle point is added to the heel part of the sole not only to alleviate the pressure from when the foot hits the ground but also to yield more elasticity from the shape.
Structure
Shoes that are comfortable to people's feet are structured with a surface that contacts the bottom of the foot that is soft and a surface that contacts the ground with a base that supports the bone structure of the foot that resists deformation and that has great elasticity. Super Clean Shoes use a soft liner material and a urethane material as a secure support layer that serves as the base for the surface that contacts the foot. A new sole pattern has been applied to provide a feeling of comfort for the wearer.
About The Soles
Semi-Oblique Toe
It does not cause tightness around the foot, as the shape maintains extra space at the toes, especially on the little toe side.
Stabilizer
Utilized primarily for the purpose of reinforcing the heel and stabilizing the feet. It also has the role of keeping the upper part from collapsing.
Heel Tolerance
Allows the wearer to maintain a stable posture by making the sole of the heel 14-mm thicker than the toe. Excess force for balancing can be eliminated, allowing for smooth walking. The thickness of the sole is 12 mm at the toe and 26 mm at the heel.
Arch Support
Three points, the heel, the base of the big toe and the base of the little toe, are the base points upon which good balance is maintained over the center of gravity. In addition, the line connecting these three points forms an arch called the “3-point arch,” which is important for mobility, and plays a role similar to a spring. The arch support supplements the lowering of the inner-side arch function that occurs when in a standing position for an extended duration and exhibits mobility-supporting and fatigue-lowering effects.
Destaticizing System
Reliably removes static electricity from the arch point of the tread part through a conductive rubber and antistatic blended urethane sole. (The conductive performance complies with JIST8103 (safety/work shoes for electrostatic charge prevention))
Sole Pattern
Excellent cushioning, dust prevention, maneuverability and stability are needed from the patterns of the soles that make contact with gratings. Circle points are added to the sole of Super Clean Shoes at the four points that serve as the points of action to which weight is applied during walking, improving all these functions. This allows for light and comfortable footwork.

Circle Point
The base of the little toe, the base of the big toe and tip of the big toe are the parts that especially serve as the base points of movement. Smooth movement can be achieved when walking, turning and stopping by applying a design that allows for easy turning without slipping sideways.
Special Blend Of Urethane
Uses a special blend of urethane with excellent basic properties, such as excellent abrasion and bending resistance. Ideal foam structure for being lightweight with excellent cushioning. The functional sole shape and sole pattern that synergistically combine to achieve a light yet stable support system for the foot are the core technology of the Super Clean Shoes.
Heel Circle Point
While walking, the heel is the part that makes contact with the ground first. Providing a circle point here also helps with making the shoes lightweight in addition to providing shock-absorption.
Landing Cut
When contacting the ground, smooth movement is achieved by cutting the part that makes contact with the ground first on the diagonal in advance. In addition, it also has the effect of keeping dust generation under control.
