·Sleeve with step structure enables cutting oil to spread in whole places of insert during machining of inner diameter and the lifespan of insert has been increasing approx. 20%.
·As adjustment screw is located at the front, you can easily adjust the boring bar length without removing the sleeve from holder.
·Achieves high-speed cutting at 8000 rpm.
·The amount of chamfering can be easily adjusted with the chamfering amount indicated at a glance.
·By using a slide guide plate with a linear guide, chamfering can be performed without damaging the workpiece.
