Small CF-Type Electromagnetic Feeder
A small electromagnetic feeder with strong track record in ejections and material supply for granular processes, and now easier to use.
[Features]
· Varies output frequency regardless of power supply frequency with its dedicated variable frequency controller.
· Easily tunes to the optimal alignment point without the need for board spring adjustments.
· Fixed voltage function for achieving continuously stable amplitudes even with fluctuations in power supply voltage.
· 30% increase in supply capabilities (compared to conventional devices) with high amplitude vibrations (with a maximum amplitude of 1.6 mm).
· Long life and closed structure that prevents the entry of transport materials or dust thanks to being covered by a highly durable resin cover (CF-1) or SUS (CF-4).
· Can be used with a wide range of customer-designed troughs.
· With the addition of an optional fixed amplitude controller (excludes CF-4), stable amplitude is possible even when there are changes in load conditions.

- Some of the items are scheduled to be discontinued as of end of March in 2023. The manufacturer keep the items produced but they are not available with Misumi.
