Oil-free, special sintered alloy, Loctite adhesive, head type stripper guide bushing. The tolerance range is 3μm. The material is a special sintered alloy. It is suitable for high precision, medium volume production. Compared to the SG type, roundness, surface roughness, and coaxiality are improved. The outer diameter is finished with an absolute tolerance of 0/-0.005. It has excellent seizure resistance because it is a material that is sintered with a solid lubricant dispersed in it.
