    Please check the shipping method before completing the order to avoid any delay in shipment.

    If you would like to change the shipping method after order has been placed, please contact our customer service via our Online Inquiry Form at least 2 working days before the ship date. After which, no further changes can be made.

  2. Q2If I place an order on the Website, can I view the tracking number once it's been shipped?

    If you are using DHL/FedEx, tracking number will be available in our web ordering system under your order/shipment history.

    For other service providers, our shipping team will send the shipping documents (E.G.: invoice/airway bill) once the order has been shipped, you may use the AWB number for tracking of shipment.

    You may refer to the order confirmation for checking of shipment dates.

    Most of our products are made in Japan. If you would like to check on a specific part number, you may fill in our Online Inquiry Form, indicating the part number that you would like to find out more about.

    It varies on the shipping method chosen. You may refer to the AWB details provided to you for your tracking purpose.

    For Local Delivery in Singapore, items that have been shipped out from our warehouse will arrive on your location on the same day.

    If you need to expedite a shipment, you can specify Express Service at the time of order.

    However, please note that the availability of Express Service varies by product and order volume. Please confirm the service availability before placing an order.

    For expedite request of orders that has already been processed, kindly contact our customer service via our Online Inquiry Form and provide us with the order number and requested shipment date.
